Clear Coat Over Rustoleum Metallic Paint

Can i spray my cushions or pillows on my lawn.

Clear coat over rustoleum metallic paint.

Do i need to prep my surface before i begin. Similar to painting cars. No sanding required with lacquer. I read the small print on the cans how to use light coats until you get it the thickness you want it.

How do i use factor 4. Stays on top and creates a solid sealed surface. Then after allowing the final coat of paint to set for about 2 days paint the first coat of clearcoat. Allow that to set for about 2 days before wet sanding with 1500 grit.

I use rustoleum silver metallic for bellys and a little sheen to blend top to bottom. Much better product for spraying rustoleum is a fine product but not for spraying so much enamel is a single stage type paint pre clearcoat so why clear it. It has to be satin if you are using etex. I use krylon crystal clear in satin finish as a scratch coat before clear coat.

My pillows have pilling or fibers that are standing up. Wont work with gloss or matte. Give your projects new life with a unique finish. Re clearcoat again and again allow to dry for 2 days.

I am pretty sure i was putting it on too thick an. It comes in different finishes to give any project a one of a kind look. Clear coat over rustoleum ppg makes a fleet enamel about 65 a gallon w reducer. Generally metallic paint is wet sanded to smooth it out before a clear coat is applied.

Re clearcoat over that allow to dry for 2 days or so.
