You definately need to wick the carpet area which is placing a towel over the spilled bubble bath and placing a heavy object on it to wick up as much as you can several hours at least.

Pull up the carpet around the edges while making sure that you don t pull apart the seams it would require different tools to put these back together. Use pliers to gently lift the carpet off the subfloor at the midpoint of the bubble.
